7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every purchase comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee. You don’t need a reason, though I’d genuinely like your feedback. If Chwiliodidn’t meet your expectations, tell me why so I can fix it.

How to request a refund

Email contact@chwilio.app within 7 days of your purchase. Include your order ID and, if you’re willing, a short note about what didn’t work for you.

Refunds are processed through Paddle, my Merchant of Record. After you send the request, you’ll get confirmation within 1–3 business days. Funds usually return to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

After a refund

Once a refund is issued, your license is revoked and you must uninstall the Software. You’re welcome to try Chwilio again later; a refund doesn’t stop you from buying again.
